Terms of service summary
This page summarises the RaliCare terms. Full contractual terms are provided during onboarding and take precedence over this summary.
Use of the service
Customers are responsible for authorised use of RaliCare by their workforce, including workforce training, appropriate access reviews and organisational policy.
Acceptable use
RaliCare must not be used to attempt to bypass security controls, impersonate other users, or share credentials. Automated access is permitted only through supported interfaces.
Fees and payment
Subscription fees are billed per facility according to the customer’s plan. Payment processing performed by Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms; RaliCare does not add surcharges to resident payments.
Service continuity
RaliCare maintains a business continuity and disaster-recovery plan. Scheduled maintenance and material incidents are communicated to customer administrators.
