Privacy summary
This page describes RaliCare’s privacy principles at a high level. It is a summary - the full policy is provided during onboarding.
Data we process
RaliCare processes information about care organisations, facilities, staff, residents and financial records on behalf of our customers. Protected health information is processed only under a written business associate arrangement.
How data is used
We use data to provide the platform, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use PHI for marketing.
Minimum necessary
Access is scoped by role and facility. Sensitive information is not included in analytics payloads, referrer-leaking links, or transactional notification previews.
Retention and deletion
Customer data is retained according to the customer’s configured retention policy and applicable law. Deletion requests are handled in line with the customer’s contractual instructions.
